Saadique Ryklief - now represented by Lampost Productions
South African multi award-winning hairstylist, Saadique Ryklief has earned the reputation as being one of the country’s most forward thinking, innovative hair fashion designers, perceived as pushing boundaries in hair design. Saadique has contributed significantly in premier events such as De Beers, Anglo Gold Jewellery and featured as Head of Design (Hair) for The Nokia Face of Africa, which kicked off in Africa and later taken globally to London, New York and Paris. These are only some of the initiatives undertaken by this phenomenal hair artiste. Saadique has been showcased in numerous magazines, he is considered to be passionate, undertaking different methods of creating a whole new look in hair and fashion, developing synergies for hair and fashion to complement each other. Saadique works regularly for ELLE, Cosmopolitan, Fair Lady, Marie Claire and other publications. Most notably he has worked for British and Italian Vogue. Saadique started his career through establishing his own salon, later realised a need for a hair artiste in the fashion industry, he has moved from strength to strength and can be perceived as a trendsetter in the industry. One of his future objectives is to establish a hair school grooming and honing the talents of future stylists. One thing to be said, for now, there is none other like him.
