Nandi Dlepu describes herself as a storyteller at heart: “I am passionate about telling my stories as a mother, a woman, a black woman, a South African, an African, a creative, a friend, a sister and as a human being.” For Nandi that translates into a special flair for bringing people together and creating shared spaces. A multifaceted creative force to be reckoned with, her career spans over a decade in film production and events organizing. Nandi was a founding host of the hugely popular The Wknd Social monthly brunch-cum-day party, and is co-founder of Bloom, a bi-monthly for-women-by-women conversation platform and Fixin Diaries Ladies Brunch & Ride. Alongside her social enterprise projects, Nandi is a dedicated mom and publisher of the Joho Moms parenting blog.
