Makeup artist Lesley Whitby's latest work
A firm favourite with the country’s top fashion and advertising photographers, makeup artist Lesley Whitby is highly regarded in the industry. She is renowned for her ability to create a flawless face and emphasise natural features. Lesley is meticulous and professional bringing a glamorous flair to each project she works on. She has collaborated on innumerable covers and editorial shoots for publications including Vanity Fair, Marie Claire, Dazed and Confused, ID Magazine, Elle Magazine SA, Elle China and Hello. She has worked on ad campaigns for brands including Nivea Singapore, SA Lux, Vaseline and Ponds. Lesley’s celebrity list includes Princess Charlene of Monaco, Arianna Huffington, Kelly Rowland, Alek Wek, Kevin Spacey and Lenny Kravitz amongst others. She has been nominated for a number of awards, is a winner of the L’Oreal Make Up Artist of the Year, and the SA Fashion Week Artist of the Year award. Lesley is also currently the resident Head of Department for make-up for SA Fashion Week.
