The Faces of Lampost
There’s something intimate about seeing artists stripped back to their essence. A grid of polaroids or raw portraits of LAMPOST talent becomes more than an archive; it becomes a living index of voices, perspectives and visual languages. Each face carries its own creative frequency, but together they form a collective identity that is instantly recognisable, even without context.

Beyond the imagery itself, the production also reflects the wider philosophy behind LAMPOST People. We began as a character casting agency in Johannesburg and quickly evolved into a gateway for exceptional talent across fashion, film, art and culture. The focus has never been on conventional beauty or surface-level aesthetics alone, but on discovering individuals with presence, perspective and a distinct creative identity.
Today, LAMPOST operates as both a talent agency and creative production platform, connecting globally sought-after artists, image-makers and personalities with brands, publications and creative teams looking for something genuinely original. At the heart of this ethos is a simple belief: clarity is more powerful than noise. As Jodie Ennik puts it, “It’s not about being loud. It’s about being clear, original, and unapologetically yourself. That’s who we represent.” It’s a sentiment that runs through every project, every collaboration, and every individual we work with.
LAMPOST is a community of image-makers, thinkers and collaborators who are constantly shaping and reshaping what creative work can look like. The strength lies not only in individual talent, but in the shared standard that connects them.
